One of my favorite communities is Coastal Oaks at Nocatee, located in Ponte Vedra, Florida, is a luxurious new community by Toll Brothers, the Nation's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes! Mercedes Homes has great buys with low cost per sq. ft, but excellent detail. One such community, situated in sought-after Orange Park, Spencer Plantation offers the convenience of the Orange Park Mall and Oakleaf Plantation. Call Martie Allman at 904-380-8622.

Sid Higginbotham Builder, Inc., founded in 1957, is owned and operated by Roger and Sid Higginbotham. The company specializes in single family custom (any plan - anywhere) homes in North Florida. Roger and Sid enjoy a reputation for quality, attention to detail, and they built one for me!

J A Long Design Builders has built several custom homes for my friends. He specializes in custom designs for up-scale communities in Clay and St. Johns counties near Jacksonville. Great customer service and very responsive needs.

Richmond America has many communities in Clay Co. I recommend Silver Creek, starting at $200K. My community of greatest expertice is the new town of Nocatee. This will be a self contained community of over 30,000 people on what was a hunting preserve. Great ammenities and a very unique and elegant Florida life style.
